Description
Hort D´abaix is a pretty little villa situated on the outskirts of the old town of
Pollensa and a 10 minute drive to the beaches of Pto Pollensa. The house is in the secluded area of the Ternelles Valley tucked away down a narrow lane, and boasts lots of charm and character.
The villa has two levels, downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen with gas hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. There is a L shape sitting / dining area and from here the staircase takes you to the upstairs, there are three twin bedrooms, one very pretty covered terrace overlooking the pool and mountains , where you can enjoy sitting and relaxing. There is one full bathroom and a further WC and hand basin. Outside by the pool is another WC and basin and the laundry area with washing machine. The pool is 10 x 5 metres and surrounded by orchards.
