Rentalspollensa.com is a family run business dedicated to the rental of holiday properties, villas and apartments in Mallorca with experience of over 30 years.
Our letting period usually starts on the 1 st of April or nearest Saturday and finishes on the last Saturday of October. Although we don't feature properties in the winter, should you be interested in dates outside our letting period, please don't hesitate in contacting us and we shall do our utmost to help you.
Our changeover day is usually on a Saturday and the minimum stay is a week, prices shown are per villa per week, however if your travel arrangements don't fit around our requirements we will help you to find a suitable solution.
Prices published are per villa or apartment per week, not per person, and include the rental of the property and services such as water, gas, electricity, garden and pool maintenance, linen and towels (not beach towels), twice a week cleaning and a small welcome hamper.
Our company is legally bonded with the local Ministry of Tourism and we have 24 hour office / mobile assistance for your peace of mind.
